1. Please contact me before placing your order to confirm your pet photo and preferred size. I’ll also let you know the current production time. (Production time does not include shipping.)
2. Each portrait is hand-carved from 7–8 layers of acrylic, creating a unique 3D effect. Color is carefully applied into the carved details. A frame is included, and a decorative light is currently included as a limited-time gift.
3. Once the design is confirmed, major changes cannot be made. Small details can still be adjusted if needed.
4. Please provide your full shipping address, ZIP/postal code, phone number, and tax ID (if required for delivery).
5. Once your portrait is finished, I’ll send you photos for approval before shipping. Your order will only be shipped after you confirm the finished piece.
